If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will issue a store credit or even exchange. Exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of purchase with receipt. Items must be in NEW condition with tags attached in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. If the item has any wear & tear, smelling of perfume/smoke, and/or visible pet hair or blemishes the exchange will be denied. If your order was placed online, you, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Due to our inventory constantly changing, we cannot guarantee that the item is in stock. If you receive a damaged item, you must report it to us within two (2) days of delivered date. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear & tear and/or being washed incorrectly are NOT considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

- Accessories - Jewelry, Handbags, Tumblers, Hats, Car Freshies, etc.
- Candy / Snacks
- Heath & Beauty Products
- Pre-Sale or Custom Ordered Items
- Mystery Items
- Free Giveaway Items
The only items eligible for return are clothing items. That includes tops, bralettes, dresses, outerwear, or jeans.
